Poker Hall Of Famer Captures 45th Tournament Title
The 2014 Pittsburgh Poker Open $1,100 main event at the Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh, PA has been won by one of the living legends of Poker, Phil Hellmuth. The 13-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner and 1989 World Champion earned $54,000 for winning the 45th tournament title of his career.
The “Poker Brat” defeated David Baker heads-up for the win. The final table was an incredibly star-studded affair, with Matt Glantz joining Hellmuth and Baker in the top four.
Earlier last week Hellmuth joined fellow Poker Hall of Famer Daniel Negreanu in doing commentary on ESPN’s coverage of the 2014 WSOP main event final table,
According to a post Hellmuth made on Twitter following the event this tournament wasn’t the only thing he won lat week.
